Retirement Match Increase for 2025

Fostering a culture of well-being for you, an LSS team member, means providing benefits that enhance your life today and in the future. As we prepare for 2025, I am pleased to share an exciting update regarding retirement benefits!

This year, the LSS Retirement Match for eligible team members will increase to the pre-2020 level, from 3% (i.e. 50% of 6% salary) to 4% (i.e., 50% of 8% of salary).

The LSS retirement match contributions were temporarily suspended in 2020 due to the significant financial stress of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite continued challenges, we brought back the LSS match in 2021. We have increased the match incrementally every year with a goal of returning to pre-pandemic LSS match levels, which we will accomplish in 2025.
